Hammer mill metal crusher of the intermediate series HM80-HM120 have power range from 80 to 315 kw and weight of the hammers from 16 to 22 kg. Intermediate series hammer mills can be used both as refiner hammer mills and as primary hammer mills. These mills are extremely versatile and designed for various applications in the field of metal recycling and scrap collection. All hammer mills of the intermediate series are made with rotary hammers to prevent breakings in case of accidental overloads. The crushing mills of the intermediate series can be personalized with an ejection door with automatic opening that is activated in the case of the introduction of bodies with high mass. Likewise, automatic hydraulic clutch systems are provided between rotor and power transmission. All hammer crushing mills allow the use of classifier screend of different sizes and shapes, in casting or carpentry, depending on the material to be treated and the size required. The system of the opening box of the hammer mill by means of two hydraulic cylinders allows to quickly carry out the replacement of the grid and the extraordinary maintenance activity. The particular design of the body-rotor set allows a quick reversal of the hammers.
